The Role

We’re looking for an AV Hire & Events Account Manager to join our London team.This is a desk-based, client-facing role focused on handling incoming enquiries, putting together AV solutions, and managing projects from enquiry through to delivery.You’ll be speaking to a mix of clients — from agencies to direct brands — understanding what they need (without overcomplicating it), and turning that into clear, well-priced AV solutions.You’ll also manage your own accounts and look to grow business over time.

Key Responsibilities

Handling Enquiries: Speak to incoming leads, understand requirements, and propose the right AV solutionsQuoting: Prepare and send estimates and formal quotations in a timely mannerClient Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clientsProject Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of events and hiresAccount Growth: Develop your own portfolio and identify opportunities to grow revenueProblem Solving: Deal with issues quickly and practically when they ariseCommunication: Be the main point of contact for your clients throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

Experience in AV hire, events, or exhibitionsGood understanding of AV equipment and setupsSomeone who is commercially aware, not just technicalStrong communication and organisation skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobsA hands-on, proactive attitude

Ideal Background

Previous experience in an AV hire desk / events office roleOR a technician looking to move into a more office-based role
