Role Overview

We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-driven Group Operations Manager to help shape and support our operational infrastructure across all departments. This role will enhance how we plan, coordinate, and deliver projects—ensuring our teams, freelancers, suppliers, and facilities are aligned to meet growing demand and evolving client expectations.

You’ll work closely with production leads, studio managers, and department heads to strengthen workflows, support resource planning, and ensure our operational systems continue to scale with the business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys enabling creative teams, refining processes, and building strong relationships across a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce & Resource Coordination

• Support the planning and coordination of freelance and full-time resources across AV, exhibitions, LED, and studio teams

• Maintain and grow a trusted network of freelance talent, ensuring availability and alignment with project needs

• Collaborate with production leads to forecast resource requirements and manage bookings smoothly

• Ensure onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes are clear and consistent

Operational Support & Systems

• Help refine and document key workflows across departments to support consistency and clarity

• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coordination of equipment and crew across multiple sites

• Work with internal teams to improve visibility of resource availability, timelines, and project milestones

• Support the implementation of tools and systems that make day-to-day operations more intuitive and connected

Facilities & Logistics

• Liaise with studio and warehouse teams to ensure facilities & resources are well-maintained and ready for upcoming projects

• Coordinate transport and logistics planning to support timely, efficient project delivery whilst also ensuring our team is able to expand and contract during peak and off-peak seasons. 

• Help plan equipment movement, storage, and readiness across locations

Team Experience & Collaboration

• Foster strong working relationships across departments, freelancers, and suppliers

• Support a positive team culture by helping teams stay informed, prepared, and supported

• Contribute to internal communications and feedback loops that help teams share insights and improve together

Quality & Delivery Support

• Assist in capturing feedback from projects to help inform future planning and delivery

• Support the development of simple checklists and guides that help teams deliver consistently high standards

• Help ensure health & safety practices are upheld across all operational touchpoints

Reporting & Structure

• Reports to: Company Directors as part of the Senior Management Team

• Collaborates with: Heads of Production, Studio Managers, Warehouse Leads, Project Managers, Department Heads

• Location: London HQ with regular site visits;
